Avocado Garnish (for Crock-Pot Chicken Tortilla Soup)

Avocado Garnish

1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded, & chopped
1/2 Cup corn kernels
1/4 Cup chopped green onions
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

*combine all ingredients & cover with plastic wrap & refrigerate for up to 4 hours or serve immediately

Speaking of avocados...do you happen to have a good guacamole recipe?

We do make a lot of guacamole in my house.....I will give it a shot, I don't measure anything when I make it, so it makes it tough to give a recipe, but I'll try my best :)
